PPOA special meeting of April 25, 2017

Meeting called to order with a 78% quorum with sign-ins and proxies

Discussion on quorum levels and the differentiation between Class A and Class B owners. Roger Burch & Mel Sternberg presented that 66% may be standard.

Discussion on existence of previous by-laws. Consensus is no previous by-laws are on record. More investigation to proceed.

Question raised by B. Daniels on relief on dues to some builders
L. Lemke to inquire to the Loupes about documents

EO&L (errors, omissions and liability) insurance
Major discussions brought forth by B. Daniels as to inferred liability by homeowners as described in the proposed by-laws. L. Dukes and D. Beebe discussed at length.
L. Lemke to present issue to our attorney for resolution.
L. Lemke to request advice from our attorney for incorporation.
Discussion on how much EO&L does the PPOA need.

By-laws
After discussion, decision to table the by-laws ratification by G.Frazier. Moved, seconded and approved by vote.
Signage
Recommendation from Judy Wonson to have warning signage on lots to thwart suits.

Debris
Some builders are leaving trash piles.
More attention needs to be paid to covenant infractions.
L. Lemke to determine owners of trash piles and request removal.

The question was put forward about existing documents.
L. Lemke will request past officers to pass old documents on to him so he can
start assembling a history under the control of the secretary of the PPOA.
